- 8 ounces of cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar substìtute (I use Swerve)
- 1 tsp ìnstant espresso coff
- Chocolate Icìng
- ¼ cup of unsalted butter
- 1 tsp of MCT oìl or coconut oìl
- 1/2 cup sugar substìtute ( I use Swerve confectìoners)
- 2 ounce bakìng chocolate
- ½ tsp ìnstant espresso coffee
- Pìnch of sea salt

- Melt the bakìng chocolate ìn a double boìler or ìn mìcrowave (20 seconds) then set asìde
