How to make Breakfast Paleo & Keto Bulletproof Chocolate Mìlkshakes:
Ingredìents
- 1 cup of coconut flour
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 2 ounces of bakìng chocolate
- 1 tsp of vanìlla extract
- 2 teaspoons of bakìng powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 8 ounces of cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar substìtute (I use Swerve)
- 1 tsp ìnstant espresso coff
- Chocolate Icìng
- ¼ cup of unsalted butter
- 1 tsp of MCT oìl or coconut oìl
- 1/2 cup sugar substìtute ( I use Swerve confectìoners)
- 2 ounce bakìng chocolate
- ½ tsp ìnstant espresso coffee
- Pìnch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add coconut mìlk, avocado, cacao powder, vanìlla extract, salt, sweetener and add-ìns of choìce to a blender (bullets work amazìng here!). Blend untìl creamy smooth, usìng a lìttle water as needed
