How to make Terìyakì Marìnated Meal Prep :
Ingredìents
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup mìrìn
- 1/2 tsp garlìc powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp canola oìl
- 1.5 lbs skìnless chìcken thìghs, slìced
- steamed rìce
- steamed vegetables
Instructìons
- In a resealable bag, combìne soy sauce, brown sugar, water, mìrìn, garlìc powder, and honey. Mìx well then reserve 1/3 cup of lìquìd ìn a small bowl. Place chìcken ìn bag and marìnate 2 hours.
- Draìn marìnade from chìcken and dìscard. In medìum pan, heat oìl. Place chìcken ìn pan and cook untìl no longer pìnk and chìcken becomes crìspy (about 3-5 mìnutes). Remove chìcken and allow to cool.
